Delete your AmarMeds data

AmarMeds has no accounts or sign-in, so there is no account to delete. This page explains how the data the app handles is deleted.

1. Data on your phone

Open AmarMeds, go to Profile, tap Delete My Data and confirm. Your profile, scan history, My Meds and reminders are deleted from your phone straight away. Uninstalling AmarMeds removes them too.

2. Data on our servers

Scan photos and scan results are saved on our servers without your name or an account. They are deleted automatically 30 days after each scan. Because they are not linked to you, we cannot find or delete one person's scans on request.

Usage data and crash reports sent to Google Firebase are linked to a random ID, not to you. Delete My Data resets that ID, and turning off Share usage & crash reports in Profile stops sending them. Firebase deletes crash reports after 90 days and usage data after at most 14 months.
